Second Edition (504 pages) – was published in 2019 by Egyptian-Russian Foundation for Culture & Sciences. First Edition was published in 2017. Professor Farah is originally from Lebanon, in March 2018 there was a book presentation in the Center for Strategic Studies of the Lebanese Army in Beirut.
